Platform fees, membership plans, and related services may be subject to separate pricing and billing terms. RoyTradeLink Africa does not guarantee transaction outcomes between users and is not liable for losses arising from third-party dealings, except as required by applicable law.

Platform use and intellectual property
All content, trademarks, company profiles, supplier listings, marketplace features, and trade-related materials on RoyTradeLink Africa are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Without prior authorization, users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit platform content.
RoyTradeLink Africa may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform, including membership plans, supplier storefront visibility, buyer request features, and trade insights content, where required for operational, legal, or commercial reasons. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
